More than one chapter.

I’m someone who has always been driven by growth, purpose, and the people around me. Basketball has taken me a lot of places and taught me a lot about discipline, pressure, leadership, and resilience, but the biggest parts of who I am have been shaped outside of the game too.

I’m a father, a partner, a leader, and an entrepreneur. I care a lot about building a life that means something beyond a job title or a stat line. I want to create opportunities, support my family, help other people grow, and use the experiences I’ve had in a way that actually serves somebody else. I’ve been fortunate enough to experience different environments, different levels of competition, different cultures, and different kinds of leadership, and all of that has shaped the way I think about people and success.

A lot of what matters to me comes down to connection. I believe people respond best when they feel understood, challenged, and respected. Whether I’m working with a young athlete, speaking to a group, building a business, or just having a one-on-one conversation, I try to bring that same mindset with me. I want people to feel like they can be ambitious without losing who they are, and confident without pretending they have everything figured out.

Basketball is part of my story, but it isn’t the whole story. The bigger picture for me is using everything I’ve learned — from sports, business, family, leadership, and life — to build something meaningful and leave people better than I found them.
